* Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

* Can I request a Sample before buying fabrics on www.asoasiko.co.uk?

No, we do not send samples out as our fabrics are in yards and can not be cut in pieces to create sample, you can come into our stop to view our fabrics before purchase and for those who can’t come into store, be rest assured what you see online is what you get and we have a 30days return policy you can benefit from if you are not satisfied with you purchase.

* Are the fabrics sold online genuine fabrics?

All Our fabrics are genuine rich African fabrics.

* Where do you ship to?

We only ship within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland for now. We will start shipping to other parts of the world soon.

* My shipping location is not listed how can I purchase your fabrics?

If your shipping location is not listed and you are within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, please enter your address manually. Otherwise, give us a call.

* When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed immediately and shipped out same day for guaranteed next day delivery. Please note any order placed after 4pm on a working day will be delivered the third working day.

* Can I get my parcel delivered to a Parcel Locker or PO Box?

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Box or Parcel lockers.A physical address is required to receive parcels.

* How much does delivery cost?

Our next day delivery is £3.95 or free if you spend over £50.00.

* My Order hasn’t arrived.

* Will I get a receipt?

Every order we send out will be accompanied by an invoice which is also your receipt.

* Do I need to create an account to shop online?

No, you do not need to create an account to purchase from the online store however if you create an account you will be able to track your parcel, view past orders and save details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases.

* Why do I need to give you an email address?

We need your email address in order to send you important information about your order, including order confirmations and parcel tracking details. If you do not provide an email address, you will not be able to order.

* When is payment taken from my account?

Payment is taken once order has been placed. You should receive an email confirming your order has been place.

* Why am I being asked my date of Birth while Signing Up?

Firstly, Aso Asiko would like to know you are more than 18years before registering you. Most importantly, Aso Asiko likes to maintain personal relationship with their customers, we like to be part of your special day i.e your birthday so we can wish you a happy birthday and hopefully offer you an exclusive discount on your special day.

* Can I add to, change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed and items have been paid for the order is final and you cannot make any amendments. To cancel such an order, you will need to contact us directly on 0115 874 6171 within 24hours for your request to be proceed. However, we can not guarantee a cancellation as we intend to process order soon as it is placed for a guaranteed next day delivery.

* Which currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in Great Britain Pounds Sterling.
